Metro Parks is a member of the Tacoma Childcare Collaborative and is committed to offering fair and consistent pricing, shared hours of operation, shared collaboration of childcare policies, and equitable access to licensed childcare at elementary schools across Tacoma Public Schools. Schools served by Metro Parks:

Stafford Elementary site serves students Stafford and Fern Hill students. Before and after school transportation will be provided for Fern Hill students.
Larchmont Elementary site serves Larchmont and Birney students. Before and after school transportation will be provided for Birney students.
Reed Elementary site serves Reed students only

Fee Structure

Monday-Friday Full-time Care
- Before and After School: $550/monthly
Monday-Friday Part-time Care
- Before School Only: $325/monthly
- After School Only: $350/monthly
Non-school Day Rate: $50/Day
TPS Staff Discount

DCYF Subsidy is accepted. Apply online or call the Childcare Subsidy Programs Family Line at 1-844-626-8687.

Hours of Operation

Before School: 7:15 a.m. to start of school day
After School: End of school day to 6 p.m.
